AUTOMATIC WRAPPER / SEALER

The unit cartons shall be manually placed onto our infeed conveyor after which they shall be fed automatically into the Wrapper / Sealer by means of an electrically operated feeding conveyor which can be provided for RH or LH feeding as per layout requirement.

The sealing shall be WEB SEALER suitable for above product.

The sealing head shall be of Nawaz Machines design and shall be manufactured to the latest international specification (Indian Patent applied for). It shall consist of a highly efficient constantly heated and thermostatically controlled sealing and pressure beam assembly for providing strong perfect and neat sealing under continuous operation.

This sealing operation shall be supported by photocell activated motorised unwinding system for top and bottom film rolls and ball bearing mounted quick change film roll mounting assemblies shall also be provided.
